About This Piece
Freyja; not only the goddess of love, but also of war, death, and victory. She rides into battle upon her chariot drawn by cats, her cloak of falcon feathers blazing like northern fire.
Known as the War-Bringer, she chooses half of the fallen to dwell in her hall, Fólkvangr, where warriors rise again in eternal honor. She is both compassion and wrath, beauty armed, mercy sharpened.
