1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at nomadcraftatelier.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stellum LLC (d/b/a NomadCraft Atelier), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States of America.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Our products are sold internationally but are not available for sale or shipment to addresses within Turkey. Orders placed with a Turkish delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
3. Products & Pricing
Handcrafted Variations: All NomadCraft Atelier pieces are handmade by skilled artisans in Ankara, Turkey. Natural variation in stone, metal, and finish is inherent to the process. Minor differences from product photographs are expected and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Availability
Because each piece is made to order, listings reflect our production capacity. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor's calibration. Dimensions are approximate.
4. Orders & Payment
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, and settled through our US bank account. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. This email constitutes our acknowledgment of your order, not our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered through Shopify Payments at checkout.
Currency & Taxes
All charges are in USD. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes imposed by your local government. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact hello@nomadcraftatelier.com immediately with your order number.
